Neumann’s Loafers Retreat is located on the shores of Long Lake, Michigan but is also just a short 13-mile drive away from Alpena, Michigan. Alpena is situated on Lake Huron and has been known to sailors as “A Port in the Storm”.

Our area does 4th of July in a big way, there is also annual several fishing tournaments, a county fair, lighthouse festivals and even a Potato Festival!
